- [Instructor] Welcome to this week's Excel dashboard challenge. We have an amazing challenge for you. This is for all my finance folks out there, where you at? Let me know. All right, so I'm going to click on this complete here and I'm going to show you what we're going to build in the end. Okay, we got our budgeted amount. Then we also have our actual amount. And what we want to find out is, did we overspend or underspend? So classic variance question. If we underspent, then we're going to see this light blue here. So our total amount is given by the entire combination of lines, right? So that means we underspent and we have this leftover amount, but if we overspent, tisc tisc, we're going to have this red here, because someone's going to be angry at us and we want to make sure that we understand where are we overspending. So we're going to actually build this chart in Excel and let's go ahead and get started. Go ahead and click on your data tab and from here highlight A1 through…
