    This is a very useful class for understanding some of the ways Copilot can help you use Excel more efficiently. It provides spreadsheets you can use to follow what the instructor is doing. However, there are no natural pauses to help you keep up. I had to pause a lot, because I wanted to practice using the provided spreadsheets. There are also challenge exercises that are very useful for putting what you learned into practice. It says it is an hour long course. You are only going to do this class in an hour if you don't do the exercises and challenges. If you are going to do the exercises and challenges, this course will take a lot longer. It may be helpful to break it up. It is easy to break up since the exercises are grouped by chapter.
