- [Instructor] Did you know Excel has an ISEVEN function and its purpose is to determine is a number even or not. In this case, we have a list of birth dates and we're going to have an event and we figure one fun way to divide people up for an exercise is if your birthday is odd, go to the left side of the room. If your birthday is even, go to the right side of the room. Therefore, this person in B2 who was born on the 11th of December, we look at the 11, that person has an odd birthday, they go to the left side of the room. The next person was born on the second. That's an even number, they go to the right side of the room. So we're going to use ISEVEN to figure out the distribution of the odds and evens to see if this is even a good idea.
