- [Instructor] The image function can be really useful in beautifying your workbook, making it look interesting. And sometimes you might even want to use people's pictures in your workbooks, maybe your leadership or maybe your team. And here are a couple of things that you can do with images. I'm going to go to the insert tab and then pictures. I want to place it over cells. I don't want to place it in cells yet. Go over cells, this device. And then you should have this image available to you. Navigate to wherever it is on your computer and then double click it. There it is. It is awfully huge right now, but right now we can grab these edges and make it smaller to a size that we prefer and put it wherever we want to put it.
