- I haven't addressed AI in this course. I do encourage you to check out the Excel and AI courses by George Mount and Kat Norton. I didn't include AI in this course because I want to provide you a foundation in Excel. And I want to give you four reasons. The infamous hallucinations. Just days ago, I was asking an LLM about the MOD function, and it gave me a weird example that had me second-guessing myself. And then I realized, this example has nothing to do with MOD. Second, you can get complicated results. You put in a prompt and you get back something, and it might even be right, but it's complicated. You can't comprehend what's going on. You're wondering, "What in the fiddlesticks is going on here?" This can be an opportunity to learn and grow, but there are times where you need an accurate response right now, and the learning and growth have to wait. A third reason: the licensing.
