- [Instructor] When you're working with Excel and data, there are multiple ways to achieve a task and that means you have some decisions to make. In this video, we are going to look at writing a single formula versus using a LOOKUP array. In this dataset, we've got information about these available apartment units, the rent. And then in this Floor column, I have a formula that peels the floor away from the unit value. And then in the Layer Formula column, I've got a nested IF. Actually, two IFs nested in a larger IF. Let's look at it. I'm going to go over here and let's do =FORMULATEXT. Ah, see? You learning a new function. All right, here we go. So we don't need to get into the details of the formula, but what's happened is we have all of the criteria that we want. If the floor is greater than 20, then mark Too High. Then if the floor is less than five, then No, exclamation point. If the floor is less than 10…
