- Earlier, you saw that there are two different types of machine learning. There's predictive and generative artificial intelligence. Predictive machine learning is still the core of how most businesses use AI. Generative AI has become a popular way to generate text for email and memos, or generate new images for presentations and articles. Now, the tools you'll use will depend a lot on whether you are using predictive or generative AI. Predictive AI still allows a lot of organizations to build their own models. You can use Python or TensorFlow to create data models that will better predict your customer's behavior. Generative AI will likely be about working with the large organization's application programming interface, or API. That's why a lot of organizations are currently working to better understand the OpenAI API. They're hoping to have their organization essentially rent these services from a larger organization.
