(upbeat music) - [Francine] Welcome back, in the last module, we listened in on the board meeting at White Cap Household Products. And we talked about the need for debating and working through issues rather than just burying differences of opinion for the sake of board congruence. Let's pick up in the middle of that scenario again, and try to illustrate some of these ideas. We'll go back to the point in the scenario where there's a motion on the table to approve management's recommendation to discontinue R & D work on the new Envirotone cleaner, and instead focus on continuing to improve their existing clean SUD product. - [Ted] So as a result, I really think we should hold off on canceling the Enviro Care Project until we get the results of at least a few more tests.
