- [Instructor] For this visualization example, we'll explore human resources data with a goal of understanding how long employees have been with us and where key skills are located within the organization. Your exercise files include sample human resources data in Nadia's Garden Org Chart Data. Notice the columns for quarterly results, Years of Service, and Key Skill. We'll be highlighting those in the Power BI report. I use this data and the Visio Org Chart Wizard to automatically generate Nadia's Garden Org Chart that's also in your exercise files. While we're looking at the org chart, let's get a link to the data. Remember that it's best to use a share link with your defined audience. I'll click Copy link to put the link on the clipboard. I'll use the Power BI Desktop app to create this report. You can do the same or use the Power BI service in your browser.
