- A Gen Z in the UK shared her friend's positive experience with a new employer who facilitated access to therapy support. Her friend was able to schedule a virtual therapy session during a work lunch break. She emphasized that mental health issues were openly discussed without judgment at the company. In 2022, research revealed US and UK Gen Zs are almost twice as likely to struggle with mental health issues than other generations. To attract, engage, and retain Gen Zs, your company needs to provide a holistic well-being program that offers some physical health initiatives, mental health and stress management, financial management resources, sustainability and social impact projects, and career growth and learning opportunities.
