How well you manage compliance concerns is a reflection of your company culture and your personal integrity. Given today's online transparency, any slip up on your part is sure to be played out on social media, if not in the courtroom as well. My encouragement to you is that you view compliance as the ground floor of a healthy company culture and a successful management career.
