As a user researcher, I supply the information I gather to the product team. In my dream world, every stakeholder would attend all the research sessions. We'd have lots of discussion time to talk about what we learned in the research, and each stakeholder would carefully and meticulously read every word I wrote, absorb every highlights video I made, and take everything we learned to heart, supporting all necessary changes to meet user needs if only. In addition to the deliverables we've talked about so far, such as research findings, mockups, and wireframes, another good way to represent users for whom stakeholders can feel empathy is through the use of personas. Personas are based on data from user research and perhaps some other sources too, such as market research or even web analytics.
