Understanding the different phases of a Sales Funnel is important to creating effective drip campaigns. By identifying where a customer is in the funnel will dictate what marketing messages they need to receive. The awareness phase consists of people who are hearing about you for the first time. This is their first introduction to your business. When it comes to online marketing, the best way to attract people who may not have heard about you yet is through organic social media, search engine optimization, and online paid advertisements.
