We've all been there. In a training you can't wait to be over. Now imagine a room full of participants so fully engaged in your training session that they don't want it to end. Traditional training methods can often be dry and uninspiring, leading to disengaged learners. I'm going to show you how to incorporate creative methods into your training, so you can engage your audience's full attention. The first step is to know your audience. Before designing your training program, gather as much information as you can about their industry, interests and learning styles. The insights you uncover will guide you in selecting the appropriate creative elements to incorporate into your training session. For example, if you're working with an organization that's never use creative elements in their training, start by gradually introducing creativity.
