- [Instructor] While we are talking about feedback let's not forget our other key source of it our users or customers, whomever they may be. I mean, we're doing this for an audience, right? Maybe it's the folks in the C-suites who are going to be using new and improved ways of visualizing data. Maybe it's customers who are using an improved smart interface that gives them better recommendations and suggestions for new products. Whatever the case, they're going to be a valuable resource to us as we continue to improve our deliverables. I think this is another place where an Agile mindset is useful. Agile requires direct interaction with the customer to understand their requirements and develop discrete deliverables for every sprint. Even if you're not running a formal Agile project you need that end user input to tell you if you're succeeding, they'll tell you what works, what doesn't, and probably give you some pretty…
