Views explained

- One of the most essential tools you have in Drupal. Once you have your content in, is the ability to create multiple displays and get your content out unless a node has a menu connected to it. So a user can click and go to that page or that node you'll need something along the lines of views to help people find your content. Views allows you to create massive queries into the dribble database without ever touching a line of code. Views filters to limit selections, views can be static or contextual, and we'll do some of each, and views always gives you a preview at the bottom of the page. We have five main questions we ask when we start talking about a view. What's the display? A display can be a page, a block or more. What's the format? Is it a list? Is it a table? Is it a grid?
