- You've made it to the end of the course. I'm proud of you. Now, let's put your skills into action and measure what's working and what's not working in order to create a culture of empathic inclusion. First, take a look at the pain points and set goals that you identified for yourself earlier in the course. Is it more patience? Is it building stronger connections with people? Is it your recruitment and retention efforts? Now, measure your key results by setting your key performance indicators. Organizations use KPIs in almost every facet of business in order to measure targets and to be held accountable. And this is no different for empathic inclusion. Setting inclusion-focused KPIs is going to show your workforce that you truly do care about their day-to-day experience. And that alone is going to boost morale and encourage everyone to participate.
