The future workforce

- No one knows for sure what the future holds, but you sure have a better chance of succeeding in it if you've given it ample forethought, done your research, and adequately prepared for it. We know with some predictability what the proposed percentages of each generation will be in the labor force in the future, and that's a good start. We also now know of the devastation and disruption that happens to our workforce during times of global pandemics and environmental catastrophes. What we can't know is when the next pandemic will hit and what devastating environmental incidents will happen next and where. To account for these scenarios and others, you must acquire the skills and forecasting information needed to most intelligently prepare your organization for the future.
