Leadership dynamics and changing of the guard

- [Presenter] Millennials currently make up 36% of the total workforce and yet account for 50% of the management of it. And almost 40% of us workers have a younger boss and that percentage continues to climb. For millennials, this means supervising older people with typically more experience. And for baby boomers, this means they're now being supervised by someone younger. This shift resulting from millennials replacing baby boomers as the largest generation in the labor force has created some new and very distinct leadership dynamics in the workplace. I'd like to walk you through some key elements of this shift to help you understand these challenges so that you can best manage this changing of the guard.
