Overall, the information of disrupting yourself takes practice. I love how she gave examples of how we get ourselves stuck perseverating on the situation ("we are tied to the invisible rope") rather than what we can do to make things better. It's a great course and it teaches us to go deep with our thoughts and try other ways to do things. And it is true - To fail is not something we should ponder on, but we should gather the data and ask ourselves how can we make it better (step back and assess) and what can I do within my expertise to make it work or move it forward, that helps us evolve our way of thinking.
