- [Presenter] In this last section of the course, I want to talk about a few practical steps you can take to support digital transformation in your organization. These actions, though seemingly small, can make a big difference and set a positive example for others in your company. Let's start with the effective use of email and chat for communication. Now, email is a cornerstone of business communication and isn't likely to disappear anytime soon. When used thoughtfully, it's a highly effective tool, especially for sharing directed information with groups. By, "Directed information," I mean important updates, time sensitive requests, or links to essential documents.
