- Managing email is tough because you have a lot of different addresses to deal with, and you may wind up accidentally CCing everybody on your list by accident if you're doing things manually. So one of the great programs that's out there for dealing with this is called MailChimp. And MailChimp can help you actually manage your email. You can keep lists of people, and there are great formatting options for sending stuff out. They also have great analytic stuff that's really, really helpful. So, for example, we have three different lists going, and we've recently started using this. We have the people of Earth which is just the general population. It's everybody and it's for general public announcements. We have our VIP DJ list which are all of the DJs who might get tracks in advance so they can start playing them and tell us if they like them and things like that. And then we also have Press.
