If you're asking your brain to do all of the heavy lifting and you're asking it to do it from an intellectual standpoint, you're really stripping yourself of the other supports that are here for you during the problem solving process. Right. So it's important to get all of your senses involved because each of your senses provides you some sort of memory aid. Aid that you'll be able to rely on in connecting your current problem to previous problems that you've experienced or your current problem to the execution of different strategies that you hope to employ. Being able to connect those dots can only happen if you do engage your senses. Sight. Great example would be again looking at a problem from multiple angles. Being able to use your eyes to give you as much information and clue to where you might be able to engage next.
