- Samantha is presenting a proposal for a new product line to the leaders in her organization. When she finishes presenting, the group praises her ideas and shares their support. In the midst of the feedback, one leader interrupts and states that though the presentation was well done, the materials were not organized, and there were spelling errors found. Later that week, Samantha conducts one on ones with her team. During the team meeting, she learns that some of her team feels neglected and unsupported.
