- Do you know someone who always seems to understand things quickly and has relevant stories to relate? A beautiful sign of mental agility. Mental agility is the ability to think, understand, and integrate ideas quickly, and then apply insights from one context to another. With training and practice, we can all increase our mental agility. My friend Noa epitomizes mental agility. She's in technical sales. She's a voracious content consumer. Books, podcasts, videos, it's hard to find a topic or industry she's not curious about. Noa's boss Somar was having a hard time recruiting the right engineer.
