- [Instructor] What I like to do in courses is to start right off by asking the student to imagine themselves in a certain context, such as you're working at Target, and you're at the services desk, and this is your new job is to serve customers as they come in, resolve problems, and make them happy and evermore loyal to Target. The challenge could be that someone comes in with a toaster to return that Target has never sold, and so now, you are faced with a dilemma here is that you can't really give somebody money for that toaster, but you don't want them upset with Target, and so this is your challenge to find a way, through whatever you say, which is activity or ever you do, to help that person understand that Target really cares about you and wants to serve you and wants to be your store of choice, but we can't take your toaster, right, (chuckling) and the feedback will be how does that customer respond?
