- [Lecturer] Who builds Agent AI in a company? Is it the developer, designer, product manager, data scientist, business owner, data owner, or some other role? Well, just like with any AI, multiple roles come together to design and build Agent AI. Let's understand these roles, so you can find out your role in building Agent AI. Developers design and train the Agent AI system. Product managers build Agent AI products. Customer success teams deploy agent to production, and provide the customer with access to agents. Business data owners play a very important role. They provide the Agent AI with specific goals to accomplish and what available tools that the agent can use. Data engineers get the tools ready, especially they get the external data sources ready for the agent to access. UX designers design the human computer interface for products, and uses Agent AI to automate these interfaces by applying prompt engineering and UX skills to agent.
