So let's talk about how you can get in contact with technical support, whether you're working an ongoing issue or you have a question about how something works. Well, you can engage it through a couple of different manners, and depending upon how quickly or importantly you need to work this depends on the method. So the first method involves if you have a critical issue where your network is down and you need someone on the phone right away. In this case, you're going to want to contact Meraki Support by phone. The phone numbers are listed at meraki.cisco.com for slash support. I generally like to recommend writing down what that actual phone number is in advance. The phone numbers don't change that often, but again, it's just one of those things being prepared.
