- We've been hearing for years that data's the new oil, and lately we've been hearing AI this and AI that, but me and you know an open secret. Come a little bit closer. We know that none of that will work without data quality. I'm Mark Freeman, I'm a data scientist turned data engineer, and I'm obsessed with data quality. For me, it is the key driver for success of any data initiative. In this course, you'll learn about how to define data quality, what data quality looks like along the data lifecycle, the various stakeholders and tools you'll see along the way, and how to connect it back to business strategy. Now, if you're non-technical, this is still a great course for you 'cause it'll expose you to all the concepts. And if you are technical, it'll teach you how to translate your knowledge back to the business. My goal with this course is to provide you a high level overview and be a springboard for further learning. So let's get started.
