Pick two or three priority areas that address your biggest challenges, then start small. Maybe improve your consent processes or strengthen data security in one area. Build momentum with early wins, then expand from there. Get the right people involved early. You need champions from leadership, IT, clinical staff, and legal. Make the business case clear.
