(upbeat music) - How did you do? Here's how I will use the four-step framework to help the CHRO understand this issue using data analytics. Step one, to understand the context and problem. Our company is concerned about potential bias in hiring process against candidates with disabilities. The goal is to analyze hiring data to determine if there are any disparities in representation of candidates with disabilities. Here are some questions I set out to answer. What is the overall representation of candidates with disabilities in the hiring process? Are there any disparities in higher rates for candidates with disabilities compared to those without disabilities? Which job title have the largest disparities in higher rates for candidates with disabilities? Step two is to form testable hypotheses. Here's what I came up with.
