- Now that you know why employee experience matters, let's talk about how to measure it. Are there standard metrics in employee experience? Well, yes. You may be thinking some version of eNPS. A net promoter score for employer. The question typically asks, how likely an employee is to recommend their employer as a great place to work to others? Certainly, that is one way to measure employee experience. Instead of one single item metric though, you can also ask about employee satisfaction, ability to find support, having resources, sense of belonging and collaboration. These are all dimensions important to an employee's experience at work. Let's take collaboration as an example.
