- So, we can measure employee experience. Great. Now, how do you improve employee experience using data? For new hires, let's say one of the questions on the survey asked about having resources to do their job and the score turns out to be quite a bit lower than external benchmark. If you were analyzing the data, you would first explore which groups have lower scores. That would signal the need to go deeper with the analysis. You would next analyze the comments to better understand which type of resources employees need. You can leverage gen AI to help you with the analysis, provided that your company allows you to input employee survey data into the gen AI tool. Simple prompts like, "Act as an expert data analyst, summarize the employee satisfaction by job function and create a recommendation based on these data," can go a long way.
