- Looker Studio is a data visualization tool that allows you to create charts from data. It runs from the browser. To get started, let's go to lookerstudio.google.com. And the we'll create new blank report. The first thing we need to do here is to connect the data source with the report. Let's click on the Add data button. We can see Looker Studio offers an abundance of a connectivity options such as Google Analytics, Google Sheets, and of course, BigQuery. For now we are going to use the simplest form of data source. We're going to upload a CSV file. So we choose File Upload. You can find and download this CSV file in the course materials, and you can also take a look at the data we're going to work with.
