We're testing your grasp of the concepts, which is the most important part. So let's dig in. The first attack in the original scenario was tailgating. The most practical way to defend yourself against tailgating is to stop and ask the person if they work at your employer. If someone isn't an employee, they need to be forwarded to the front desk for proper authorization. The second attack was shoulder surfing. There are a few options here. You could use a privacy screen for your monitors. You could resize the application windows to make it harder for someone looking over your shoulder.
