- All right, so you have an idea of who your customers are and what they need today. But what about tomorrow? And how soon exactly will tomorrow come? In order to understand when the needs and expectations of your customers are shifting, you have to monitor those needs and expectations regularly. Just checking in every now and then won't cut it. You won't know if a change you see is a fluke brought on by some temporary problem or the culmination of a long brewing process or problem. First and foremost, you need to make reviewing voice of the customer data part of your everyday routine. Not only that, but you need to share those insights with the wider organization. To do this, commit to review your voice of the customer insights at least once a month, maybe even biweekly. You need a cadence that's sporadic enough so that you're not meeting every other day, but common enough to be able to catch changing trends.
