- [Presenter] All right, let's talk about something nobody loves doing but everybody needs, and that is getting real feedback on your online portfolio. Now, I know, your portfolio's, it's your baby. You've spent hours tweaking it making sure it looks just right, and now I'm telling you to hand it over to people who will pick it apart? Yep, because if you want it to actually work, as in land you a job, gigs and opportunities, you need to know how others experience it. And here's the kicker, it's never really done. I mean, neither is Netflix, right? But we keep watching. So how do you get the kind of feedback that actually makes your portfolio better? Well, here's a couple ways. Number one, test how people actually use it. One of the best ways to improve your portfolio is to see how people actually interact with it. Grab a hiring manager, a fellow instructional designer, or anyone who hires in your field and ask them to navigate your site while thinking out loud. Where do they hesitate?…
