There's this old saying that states that work is never done. And if you're like me, at some point in your professional career you have experienced work overload. You may be experiencing it even right now. Research has shown us that working too much is bad for our overall health, including our mental health. That's why our well-being should be top priority. Taking care of our well-being helps with stress and helps us to persevere through challenges. To help you take action on your well-being, I want to share some great strategies that will assist you in becoming more mindful and active about making your well-being a priority.
