- [Instructor] Previously, we discussed an approach to keynoting documents using a generic annotation family to tag and a note block to schedule the tags. Now, this is an approach that's suitable for smaller projects. However, what do you do when you're dealing with a large and complex project with a large number of components to keynote and an extensive set of specifications which must match at all times through any edits that take place to the specifications? That's a different story entirely. A principle to follow would be the guidelines set by the CSI MasterFormat. CSI MasterFormat is a predefined numbering system to create organization by categories across construction projects in the United States.
