- [Instructor] Begin shifting your mindset from a single path to learning to thinking in terms of multiple paths to learning. If you think in terms of physical objects, such as a book, then that books exists in one physical place that you must go to in order to read that book. But MicroLearning assets are digital objects, and although that MicroLearning video that you're going to create is physically served out of perhaps, YouTube, the place where your learner is likely to encounter that content is embedded in some other site. The content can appear to exist on your website, in your app, and on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter all at the same time that it's on YouTube. On each of those platforms the content can also take on a life of its own. Comments on one platform may go off in one direction and have lots of engagement while comments on another platform could have little to no engagement or head off in a completely different direction.
