Now always begin your assessment of effectiveness by first establishing realistic target goals or predictive metrics before deployment and then compare these goals with the actual performance metrics that you capture during your evaluation period. And this will give you a solid basis for determining if our MicroLearning campaign was effective or not. Now the first thing you always wanna know is did you reach your intended audience. Now this is most often measured with simple viewership statistics. How many times was your page, post, or asset viewed within a specific distribution channel? Compare this number to the amount that you predicted that you would see over a set period of time, say one day, week, month, or longer.
