- [Narrator] Welcome to this video. After editing your document let me show you how can you update your online link. The beauty of working with InDesign is that if you spot any spelling mistake or any incorrect details and you've already shared your link online with potential clients or employers you do not have to worry. Updating your online document is extremely easy. After making the required amendments to your published project you will be able to update the same link simply by accessing the publishing online dialogue box as we did in chapter nine, video two. The only difference here is that you will have to choose update existing document. This will prevent generating a new link and it will allow everyone that already has access to the link to view the updated version of your file simply by refreshing the page or by clicking on the initial link.
