- Hi, and welcome to this course "Creating a Professional Web Portfolio with InDesign." First of all, thank you so much for joining me. I am Kladi, an award-winning Italian designer, creative speaker and author based in Manchester UK where I run my design and communication studio Printmysoul. In this course, you will learn how to create a successful, interactive digital portfolio with InDesign. A portfolio is a collection of your work, including personal and clients' work, brought together with the aim to inform potential clients and employers about your skills. But your portfolio is not about the past. Think of your portfolio as a display of the work that you like to do in the future, so you should not include anything that you did not enjoy doing and you don't want to be hired to do again. In this course, you will discover how to add interactive features that will work as a differentiator and show your desire to go the extra mile to deliver and connect. Although we will work predominantly in InDesign, I will also show you a quick and effective Photoshop tip to make the most out of your images. This course is open to beginners and intermediate Creative Cloud users. My goal is to split the creation of this document into digestible chunks, easy to follow step by step by everyone.
