- [Instructor] Section XIII, Coordination Sign-Off defines the process by which BIM coordination for specific areas, as defined within the milestones of the BIM execution plan, will be accepted as completed. Typically, this process involves the various trades signing a sheet that will include their own final model name and date of that model. This sheet is an agreement that the teams have reviewed the model and believe the design is BIM coordinated. If the design should change after the sign-off, then it's the responsibility of the trades to ensure that the items that have changed or have not been shown in the model are coordinated in the field.
