Using artboards in Rive
- [Instructor] An artboard is where the magic happens in Rive. In fact, the first thing you need to create when you add a new file is an artboard. You can select the artboard. As you can see, I've got a home artboard right here in the hierarchy panel or the layers panel. I'm going to constantly be referring to this as the layers panel because that's what I'm kind of used to. Now the first thing you want to do is rename your artboard. So I'll call this one main and you can see that you can double click it right here and rename it, or you can rename it here. But in either case, rename your artboards. The properties are pretty self-explanatory, but you need to be aware right here that the zero zero position, if I put a zero in here, you'll see the artboard move up or move down, is how you move an artboard within the design space. Now these numbers are what I call scrubbing numbers. You notice the cursor changes to up and down arrows. If I click and hold, you see I can just scrub through…
