- As a high achiever, you're going to find yourself feeling the heat of high pressure situations on a pretty regular basis throughout the course of your career. So the advice to simply calm down or be more confident or just embrace imperfection can feel counterproductive to someone who especially prides themselves on delivering results in demanding situations.
