- Scenario management is a core element of all financial models. It's about answering the what-if questions. This is a guaranteed line of questioning from stakeholders, especially when it comes to working with assumptions, and with Copilot in Excel, we can easily be guided on how to run scenarios. Now the forecast in the second table here have been prepared using industry-supplied rates. I should add that they're fictitious rates, but they come from the assumptions tab here. Let's say that our scenario is to model the impact of a flat 12% growth rate for all products in all years. Let's invoke Copilot and ask the following question, "Can you help me perform scenario analysis using the scenario manager?" Okay, let's scroll back up. This is good.
