- Okay, so everyone knows one of my biggest tips for getting into your customer's heads is running customer interviews. A lot of times people tell me that they don't want to bug their customers, they don't feel comfortable, or that clients and customers that do agree to have interviews will only give them five minutes. So I have three questions that I would ask. If you only had five minutes with your clients, you can choose one of them and riff off it. So number one would be, if you could never use my product again, or my solution or my service, what would you miss the most? That's number one. Number two, if you wanted to convince a friend to give us a try, what would you say? These are two very important questions because one is actually going to give you the true value of what people like. They're not going to mention features, they're not going to mention pricing.
