So now you know the difference between all the continuous things, and you're ready to move in the direction of True North, aka continuous delivery. But what now? Well, shouldn't we bring the rest of the organization along? After all, how will we truly improve things if it's not part of the DNA of our organization? we're all together on this, there will always be conflicting directions, conflicting desires, conflicting motives. Now, how do you get everyone in one big organization moving in the same direction? You integrate the direction into the culture. Now, how do you shift culture in a new direction with a million consistent intentional pushes. One of my favorite quotes is by Eli Goldratt, who said, tell me how you will measure me and I'll tell you how I will behave. So if we want to get our company culture moving in the same direction of continuous delivery, let's start measuring our behaviors and being the change that we want to see.
