To drive this home, I have a short exercise for you. For each of the DORA key metrics, define a behavior you'd like to implement. Then determine an outcome that adheres to one of the four value definitions from the value framework from this lesson. Remember, business value does one of four things. It increases revenue or protects revenue. It reduces costs or it avoids costs. Do this for all four key metrics, deploy frequency, lead time, mean time to recovery, and change fail rate.
